Any individual who is the subject of the data held and processed by Capita Fiduciary Group can make a Subject Access Request. A Subject Access Request Form can be obtained here. All requests must be in writing and addressed to the Capita Data Protection Officer providing sufficient details of identity, subject and timing to enable us to locate the data with reasonable effort. Capita Fiduciary Group will charge a fee of GBP 10 per subject access request to cover administration costs.
Records will not be held for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which there were obtained, taking into account Capita Fiduciary Group’s legal and regulatory obligations.
